For some clients we work on an ad hoc basis, however many clients - once they see the value that Sigma can add to their business - decide to work with us as strategic partners.

When this is the case we look after their complete procurement function for an entire project - undertaking all procurement, forwarding and shipping, ensuring that everything arrives on time and that the project runs smoothly. This enables clients to concentrate on their core agenda.

Each project is usually undertaken for a fixed price, based on its complexity, duration and overall value. This allows the client to retain ultimate control, without having to worry about the day-to-day issues. We also offer a similar service to clients wishing to outsource all, or part, of their import function. For these clients we either charge a fixed fee, or fixed buying commision, to handle all of their imports. This can help clients in a number of situations to reduce overall costs without reducing the quality of the goods supplied. We can even monitor cash flow for clients and help to secure credit from suppliers who would not normally have considered providing credit terms for overseas clients without our assistance.
